Achava

The Tabernacle of Faith Men’s Ministry, known as “Achava” (pronounced ah-khah-VAH), is a Christ-centered brotherhood committed to building strong, spiritually grounded men through biblical teaching, discipleship, fellowship, and encouragement.

The name Achava comes from the Hebrew expression for brotherhood and fellowship, reflecting unity, brotherly love, and meaningful connection. It embodies the belief that men are strengthened when they grow together in faith, sharpen one another through godly accountability, and walk in biblical purpose as brothers in Christ.

Meeting weekly each Thursday evening via Zoom, Achava creates an environment where men can openly learn, share experiences, ask questions, and deepen their understanding of God’s Word. Our desire is to disciple men according to the foundations of Scripture and the example of Jesus Christ.

The Bible teaches that men are called to lead with humility, live with integrity, love sacrificially, serve faithfully, and stand firm in faith. Through prayer, discussion, teaching, and fellowship, Achava encourages men to become spiritual leaders in their homes, communities, and daily lives while growing in wisdom, discipline, and Christlike character.

Beyond our weekly gatherings, the ministry also cultivates genuine brotherhood through shared experiences and meaningful fellowship opportunities that strengthen relationships and build lasting bonds among the men of Tabernacle of Faith and our community.
